Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 8-17-2026
Mesa Digital LLC ("Mesa Digital," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (mesadigitalok.com) and in the course of providing consulting services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
Contact and intake form submissions (name, email, organization, job position, phone number, project details)
Information shared during consultations, discovery sessions, or engagements (e.g., process descriptions, business data relevant to a project)
Payment and billing information for paid services (processed through our third-party payment provider — we do not store full payment card details)
Information collected automatically:
Basic analytics data (pages visited, time on site, general location, browser/device type) via Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Cookies used for site functionality and analytics (see Section 5)
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
Deliver contracted services (process mapping, custom builds, audits, training)
Send project-related communications
Improve our website and services
Comply with legal and tax obligations
3. Client Data During Engagements
When we work with clients on projects (e.g., process audits, Dataverse migrations, application builds), we may access business data relevant to the engagement. We handle this data as follows:
We use it solely to deliver the contracted service.
Where practical, we de-identify or anonymize client data before using AI-assisted tools to support analysis or drafting. AI-assisted output is reviewed and validated by our team before being included in any deliverable.
We do not sell, rent, or share client business data with third parties outside of the tools necessary to deliver the engagement (e.g., Microsoft 365, Dataverse, or similar platforms specified in the project scope).
Specific data handling terms, confidentiality obligations, and retention practices for a given engagement are governed by our signed Statement of Work or engagement agreement with that client, which takes precedence over this general policy for that project.
4. Third-Party Services
Our website and business operations rely on third-party providers, including:
Wix (website hosting and forms)
Google (Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile)
Microsoft 365 (email and business operations)
These providers may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies directly.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to support core functionality and to collect anonymous analytics data. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly without them.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact and project information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal or tax obligations. Clients may request deletion of their information, subject to what we're legally required to retain (e.g., financial records).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
